德威的年味｜新春正当时

马年新春，校园悄然换上节日的模样。

校门入口处，德威龙与新年马立于桃树之下，春意初现，寓意新岁启程、万事向新。

步入大厅，一幅幅新年挂画自三楼高高垂落，层层铺展，将祝福缓缓送至每一位来访者眼前。

走廊之间，灯笼轻悬，红色点亮了日常的步伐；图书馆前，新年装饰静静铺陈，为阅读时光添上一份温润喜气。窗棂之上，窗花处处，将传统年味融入校园的每一个角落。

熟悉的德威龙，也换上了全新的新年装扮，在欢快与温馨之间，陪伴大家迎接马年的到来。校园里的每一处细节，都在轻声诉说：春已至，福将来。

新春时节，校园以传统文化为媒，迎来一场温润而热闹的相聚。
古琴与古筝清音流转，竹笛悠扬相和；书法挥毫、舞姿翩然，歌声回响。主持人从容串联全场，学生娓娓讲述春节的来历与习俗；老师们带来富有民族韵味的表演，与学生的展示相映成趣，让传统文化在交流与参与中鲜活呈现。

一场新春午宴，让师生共聚一堂，在抽奖的期待与欢笑中，共享节日的喜悦与祝福。

节日的另一侧，德威新春市集热闹展开：刮刮乐带来惊喜与欢笑，定制红包与春联承载祝福，马年主题的德威周边点缀其间。传统与创意在此相遇，让年味在校园的每一个角落慢慢铺开。

New Year Wishes from Our Community

As the Spring Festival approaches, students and staff from Dulwich International High School Programme Suzhou share their heartfelt greetings and hopes for the year ahead. Several teachers have also learned Chinese New Year greetings for the Year of the Horse, offering their wishes in Chinese and allowing warmth to flow naturally across languages through shared smiles and laughter.

A Dulwich New Year Spirit

As the New Year of the Horse arrives, the campus quietly takes on a festive glow.
At the entrance, the Dulwich Dragon and the New Year horse stand beneath blooming peach trees, where the first signs of spring emerge, symbolising new beginnings and a fresh start for the year ahead.

Stepping into the main hall, New Year banners cascade gracefully from the third floor, unfolding layer by layer and gently carrying seasonal wishes to everyone who passes through.

Along the corridors, lanterns are softly suspended, their red hues illuminating everyday pathways. In front of the library, New Year decorations are quietly arranged, adding a gentle festive warmth to moments of reading and reflection. Paper cuttings adorn the windows, weaving the spirit of tradition into every corner of the campus.

Even the familiar Dulwich Dragon has taken on a new festive look, accompanying the community with warmth and cheer as the Year of the Horse approaches. In every carefully considered detail, the campus seems to whisper a shared message: spring has arrived, and blessings are close at hand.

As the Spring Festival arrives, the campus becomes a gathering place where traditional culture serves as a bridge, bringing together a celebration that is both graceful and lively.

The gentle melodies of the guqin and guzheng flow through the space, joined by the resonant notes of the bamboo flute; calligraphy strokes unfold, dancers move with elegance, and songs echo warmly. Hosts guide the celebration, while students thoughtfully share the origins and customs of the Spring Festival. Teachers present performances rich in traditional character, bringing tradition to life through shared participation and exchange.

A Spring Festival luncheon brings students and staff together, where shared meals, prize draws, and moments of anticipation are filled with laughter and festive cheer.
