什么是 iGEM Registry？

🧬近二十年来，iGEM Registry of Standard Biological Parts一直为全球合成生物学家的想象力提供动力。从 2003 年一个简单的共享表格，发展到今天拥有超过75,000个DNA元件，iGEM Registry 已经成为 iGEM Community 的坚实基石。

· For nearly two decades, theiGEM Registry of Standard Biological Partshas powered the imagination of synthetic biologists worldwide. From its humble beginnings as a shared spreadsheet in 2003 to hosting over75,000DNA parts today, the iGEM Registry has become the backbone of our community.

👀 为什么我们要这样做？

🚀 为了适应合成生物学的发展，iGEM 从零开始，设计了一个全新的云原生平台。新版 Registry 秉持FAIR数据原则（数据可查找、可访问、可互操作、可重用），旨在让每一项科学贡献都变得更容易查找和访问，并最终实现完全的互操作性和可重用性。

· As SynBio has evolved, we've built anew cloud-native platform from scratch. This new Registry is guided by theFAIRGuiding Principles for scientific data (Findable,Accessible,Interoperable, andReusable), making every scientific contribution fundamentally Findable and Accessible, with a clear roadmap towards full Interoperability and Reusability.
